We offer digital services including but not limited to website development, digital marketing, and consulting. The scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary information, approvals, and access required for the successful completion of services. Delays caused by missing information may impact project timelines and costs.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your proposal or invoice.

Invoices are due within 28 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur interest and could result in a suspension of services.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are only provided in cases where services cannot be delivered due to our fault.

If you wish to cancel a service, any work already completed will be charged accordingly.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables will be transferred to you.

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from the use of our services, except where caused by our negligence.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if you violate these terms or fail to make payments.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
